Since the services provided by Truth Decoder (specifically the 'Full Blueprint' report) are digital goods delivered instantly via the web or WhatsApp, all sales are final. Once the payment is processed and the analysis is generated, we do not offer any refunds or cancellations.
In the event of a duplicate payment due to a technical glitch, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after verification.
If your payment is successful but you do not receive your report due to a technical error, please reach out to us. We will manually deliver the report within 48 hours. No refund will be issued in such cases as the service will be fulfilled manually.
